They believe, at red hawk that the best way to run a business is to have an constant stream of people running through at all times. I worked the valet department at red hawk and the first thing i noticed was how often they fired people. I enjoy each and every moment of my job at red hawk but the best part is whenever we cater for caged fights (Gladiator Challenge) I get to work it and watch the fights for free. The hardest part of my job is transporting Beverages From storage to bars, because you have to pass through the casino floor pushing a cart of beverage can sometimes be messy. Management is solid and strict about policies and follows company rules, Then when I moved up to be a barback (under same management) my typical day at work changed to setting up bars and stocking, cleaning bar areas catering to guests and sometimes running the cash register even breaking down portable bars and filling up beverage requests/orders for restaurants, My co-workers are the best although some cocktail servers have dramas, you have to be professional in dealing/speaking with them. This is my first full time job in the U.S and I was part of the opening team (2008) I had no Idea at the time what my job description is, I started out as a beverage utility, Receiving and transporting Goods from our warehouse to our storage area,bars,restaurants and or Individuals.
